Reiki

REIKI

Reiki is non-evasive, gentle but also can be a powerful form of healing.  Our daily lives often puts our body out of balance and a Reiki treatment helps to rebalance the energies of the body to maintain health. Reiki has been known to help with problems such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression headaches, backaches, and even when things ‘ just seem to be too much’ sometimes.

 

It can also help you to recharge and help you gain some piece of mind. It can be used safely in conjunction with orthodox and complimentary medicine, and is being more widely accepted for use in hospitals, hospices and cancer units.  Using gentle touch the practitioner employs a series of hand positions from your head to your toes. Let your practitioner know if there are any areas that may need special attention.
